With a view to revitalizing the network of traditional games and sports at world level and in each continent, a project was born on the initiative of its leader, Mr. Father Lavega, president of the European association of traditional games and sports, professor of physical education and sports at the University of Barcelona and member of the board of directors of the ITSGA.

This project comes at the right time as an appropriate technical tool with a data bank that can be used by all, the promotion and safeguarding of traditional games and sports in view  to transmit and perpetuate them to future generations.
